Hey everyone! Now that Thanksgiving is over we're going to get back into the swing of things. We caught an error in one of our more recent posts saying that the TechFest Planning Meeting is on December 5. It is in fact on Wednesday, December 2. The meeting will be held in the upstairs part of the Legion. Please go through the front doors by Duss Avenue when you enter so we do not disturb the guests in the downstairs part of the Legion. TechFest Planning Meeting – December 2, 2009

Hey everyone! The BVARA is holding a planning meeting for our upcoming TechFest and Auction on Wednesday, December 2. If you are a member of the BVARA, or if you're just a person who wants your suggestions heard, feel free to come down! Wes Morar, N3ALS (SK) The Beaver Valley Amateur Radio Association is sad to announce the passing of Life Member, Wes Morar, N3ALS. Wes served as past Treasurer of the Association and ran the club's 10 meter net for over 17 years. Born April 5, 1926 in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Wesley and Mary Morar.
